All Clean Air Express Method 5 water-cooled probes feature 316 stainless steel construction; a replaceable probe liner; liner heater; pitot and stack thermocouple. Geometric calibration of pitot is included: wind tunnel calibration is optional.
Sampling Probes Include:

• Heated Liner - 28/12 ball joint, 28/12 ball joint o-ring, 14/35 male taper or 5/8" chamfered end.
• Liner material - (P) Pyrex (Q) Quartz (S) 316 stainless steel (I) Inconel (T) Titanium
• Type K probe liner thermocouple with standard male plug.
• Type K stack thermocouple with standard male plug.
• Type "S" pitot
• Inlet/Outlet @ 2 x 3/4" Hose Connection

Power Requirement: 120V AC or 220V configurations are available.

• Water Cooled Probe Liners are available.
• *Note: Standard water cooled probes use a flexible silicone heater that can operate in stack temperatures of 1800°F, if the water cooled probe is continuously cooled properly. The ambient temperature of the silicone heater can not exceed 500°F.
• *Note: Below lengths indicate effective length. To determine overall length, add 21 ¼". Custom order lengths and materials are also available. Please specify liner material when ordering.
• *Note: 4 gal/min is the minimum of water flow to prevent water boiling. Preferred 4-8 gal/min.
